CPAS Version 5 allows you to add multiple beneficiaries (by plan) or use the same beneficiary The person appointed by the plan member to receive any benefits payable from the Plan upon the death of the member. for all plans.
When you select Beneficiaries in the Account Maintenance process, the system displays a list of the member's beneficiaries.
Depending on your security level, from this screen, you can:
Click Delete to remove a beneficiary.
Click View to toggle from Table View to Form view.
From the beneficiary list, select a beneficiary name to see that beneficiary's basic demographic screen with information such as Title, Names, Relationship, Alternative Name, Language, Marital Status, Gender, SIN/SSN, Date of Birth, Date of Marriage, and Date of Marriage Breakdown (if any).
Depending on your security level, from this screen, you can:
Click Edit to go to edit mode and change the beneficiary's demographic information.
From the Account Maintenance process, select Designation to specify eligible beneficiaries. For detailed information, see Beneficiary Designation.
From the Account Maintenance process, select New Beneficiary to launch the Beneficiary Wizard.
