Location: Account Maintenance or Enrollment Process /Status
Depending on your security level, you can add or edit existing status data, including Employment and Tax Jurisdictions, and any member user-defined codes.
In this case, a member's Tax Jurisdiction is added via the Account Maintenance process, however, regardless of the status code, the procedure is the same.
To add new status data to a member record, do the following:
From the Account Maintenance process, click to select the Status event. The system displays a double browser of member status codes.
In the upper browser, use the option buttons provided to select the status code to be modified. In this case, select Tax jurisdictions. Notice that no Tax Jurisdictions have been specified for the member.
To specify a Tax Jurisdiction (or code value), in the lower browser, click the New link.
Accept the default Effective Date or use the calendar to modify the date as required.
From the drop-down list, select the appropriate Tax Jurisdiction.
Click Submit. The system displays your new status code value data.
