Tax Slips (1099) Process (Online)

The Tax Slips (1099) process extracts the tax (income/withholding tax) calculated via the Disbursements batch when members withdraw/terminate/retire/die and payment (cash/pension) is made, and generates the tax forms (e.g. 1099 or T4A) for a specified period, for the specified members, with the appropriate jurisdictions and codes (distribution and footnote) recorded. A tax slips history, which includes originals, duplicates and amendments, is maintained on the member record.

The individual process events in the Tax Slips process are meant to be run in sequence.
