Disability Process (Online)

The Disability process is used to upload a disability notification, perform the disability calculation, and generate the required reports. The individual process events in the Disability process are meant to be run in sequence.

Receive Notification

Launches the Document Upload wizard and uploads the disability notification document.

Review Disability Status

Allows the administrator to review and/or update the member's disability status codes (Disability application received, Disability application approved, Disability application denied).

 

Disability Calculation

Launches the Disability Calculation wizard, calculates the benefit and saves it as 'Pending'.

  • Calculations

Disability Letter

Creates a report to explain the member's benefit.

 

Final Processing

Launches the Disbursement wizard to set Payment, and Tax, Instructions and saves the calculation as 'Process'.

 

View Pension Information

Displays the member's Pension Disbursements.
