The Web Administrator screen has several distinct areas: a toolbar, a task list (To Do), a process workspace (Processes), and an event log (Daily Log).
This area allows you to:
Access Print functionality
Switch between English, English-US, and French
Change your current client
Open the online Help file
Logout
This area displays a list of the tasks that have been assigned. Notice that each task has a process and event, a description, and shows the issuer and assignee. For more information, see How to Add a Task Online.
Click on the Description hyperlink to open the appropriate member and process.
Click on the Remarks icon to view any remarks added via the Task wizard.
Click on the Attachment icon to view a document attached via the Task wizard.
This area displays the individual events of a selected process.
From this area you can:
View or update Member or Employer information. Depending on the administrative process selected, you can access associated screens using the links in the screen header.
Add new addresses, beneficiaries, etc.
Run a pre-defined business process by selecting a plan and a pre-defined business process. For more information, see Web Administrator - Running a Process.
Click the drop-down list and scroll down to view the complete list of administrative processes that have been set up. Note: Depending on your configuration, your process list may be different.
This area logs each task performed in a double browser. Columns in the upper browser include Select, Subject, and Opened.
Select a row in the upper browser to view the Log Details in the lower browser. Columns include Process, Event, Plan, Action and Status.
