About Web Administrator

Web Administrator is the CPAS web interface from which plan administrators can perform their day-to-day tasks.

From this one area, you can view and/or update information (addresses, beneficiaries, contributions, summaries, etc.) and run the administrative processes (Enrollment, Account Maintenance, Retirement, Pensioner Payroll, etc.) defined in the Process Catalog.

In addition to the client-defined business processes, Web Administrator supports other workflow solutions such as task distribution, event and productivity tracking, report and form handling, email and more.

 

 

When you log on, the system displays the To Do list by default. If you click the Administration tab, the system displays the Web Administrator screen, with the most recently viewed member or employer selected.

The screen displays several distinct areas, a toolbar, a task list (To Do), a process workspace (Administration), and for employers and administrators, an events log (Daily Log). For more information, see About the Web Administrator Interface.
