Location: Enrollment Process/Web Access Login
Use the following steps as a guide to provide a member with access to Member Self Service:
From the Enrollment process, click to select the Web Access Login event. The system displays the Login Account Information browser. Notice in the example shown, the browser is empty, indicating that the member has not yet been given a Login ID and password.
Click the New link. The system generates Login Account Information.
If the information is correct, click Submit. The system provides member Web access, with the initial password as 'Password'.
