Location: Account Maintenance Process/Demographic Info
When you select Demographic Info from the Account Maintenance process, the system displays standard member tombstone data, such as Title, Names, Member Key, Language, Marital Status, Gender, Date of Birth, and SIN Social Insurance Number (Canadian) or SSN Social Security Number (U.S.).
Notice that this screen also includes the member's employment information, including the Employer Name, Employment Status, and Effective Date/Date of Hire.
Depending on your security level, you can edit this information.
Note: Member Key cannot be changed.
