Location: Member Self Service/Address History
When you select Address History, the system displays a double browser of your addresses by Effective Date. Select an address in the upper browser to display the details for that address in the lower browser.
Columns in the upper browser include Effective Date, Description, and Valid (Yes/No).
Fields in the lower browser include Street Address 1, Street Address 2, City, State/Province, Zip/Postal Code, Country, Phone Types 1 & 2, Phone 1 & 2, Extension 1 & 2, Email Type, and Email.
