Member Requests

Location: DC Admin Process/Requests

When you select Requests from the DC Admin process, the system displays a double browser of member requests. Select a request in the upper browser to view the details for that request in the lower browser.

Each time a transaction is performed, the system automatically tracks it as a request. Columns in the primary browser include Request ID, Request, Status, Origin, Created On, Creation Time, Created By, Completed On, and Confirmation Printed.

The detail displayed in the lower browser includes all tasks associated with the request.

For example, a Withdrawal request may be associated with two tasks, the withdrawal transaction, and the disbursement of the withdrawal. Columns for each task displayed in the secondary browser include Change Status, Task ID, Task, Status, Remarks, Status Change Date, Created/Changed By, and Created On.
