Employer Status (Online)

Location: Employer Maintenance/Status

From the Employer Maintenance process, click to select Status. The system displays a double browser of user-defined employer status code information. Select a code group in the upper browser to display the details in the lower browser.

Note: Employer codes can be used to set up specific calculation conditions in Rules.

 

You can edit existing codes in this browser (e.g. change a Payroll Schedule Code or the Effective Date), however to add a new Employer user-defined code, you must go to Rules.
